When the 0.1-0.2MPa steam is conveyed into the heating pipe, it will heat the air both in the feed delivery pipe and the preheating pipe. The air is mainly suctioned from the upward part of the preheating pipe and is heated to 56-60℃ in the preheating pipe. When the air enters into the feed delivery pipe with material, it is heated to about 90℃ to meet the needs of moisture reduction.

Then the cyclone separates the material which is dried from the wet air. The separated material enters into the air separator machine for cooling.
