Working Pricinple
Cleaned wheat enters the peeling chamber, where the emery roller rotates at high speed, using the grinding force of the abrasive edges to break the wheat bran layer. Subsequently, the residual epidermis is stretched and peeled off through friction, initially removing the outer hard shell (glume) and pericarp. The remaining epidermis is polished by friction to ensure the surface of the wheat kernel is smooth. The bran produced during the peeling process is adsorbed by a high-pressure negative-pressure air network and discharged through the cyclone, achieving "no kernels in the bran, and no bran on the kernels."
