HTPZ28 Soybean Peeling and Polishing Machine
HTPZ28 bean peeling and polishing unit is mainly used for peeling soybeans, peas, and for the automatic separation of skins and kernels as well as the automatic separation of skin powder. This equipment adopts a dry, cold dehulling technology, the procesing of raw grains by this machine does not require heating and conditioning, and it is especially suitable for use in small and medium-sized bean processing plants or soybean product factories.
Working Principle
Cleaned soybeans enter the peeling machine, adjust the gap between the grinding heads, and observe the material particles to adjust the tightness; After peeling, the beans enter the polishing machine, and by adjusting the outlet pressure valve, the pressure can be reduced or increased to achieve the desired result; The export pressure valve has multiple functions such as peeling, purification, and adjusting production volume. At the same time, observe the separation of materials and adjust the air regulating plate to ensure an appropriate air volume. Under the action of the fan, the bran powder enters the bran powder separation process through the shaker, and is separated by a 30 mesh sieve plate.
